In 2018 and 2019, we spent countless hours on the phone to establish a long-term partnership between The Weeknd, Hxouse, and Mercedes-Benz. Ultimately, we managed to reveal the first single “Blinding Lights“ of his album “After Hours“ in the launch film of the brand’s first all-electric vehicle, the EQC. The EV was featured in major news and music outlets all across the globe. The track became the longest-running RnB number one hit ever. And its video also featuring a Mercedes won Video of the Year at the 2020 VMAs.

The campaign stills were shot together with french photographer Cédric Viollet in Los Angeles.
